Conversation Transcripts
Records of full multi-turn interactions between users and a model, used to analyze behavior in context.
Conversation transcripts capture the full arc of an interaction — not just a single prompt and response, but the back-and-forth that reveals how the model behaves across multiple turns, how it handles shifts in topic, and how it responds when users push back or escalate. Single-turn evaluations can miss important behavioral patterns that only emerge over the course of a conversation; for example, a model might start a conversation appropriately but gradually agree with increasingly extreme positions across turns. For behavior architects, reviewing conversation transcripts is an essential form of qualitative analysis — seeing real interactions in context provides insight that aggregate metrics simply can’t capture.
